A commission for a rather anonymous but terribly sweet person that goes by “Chasms.” They, quite obviously, asked me to draw this lovely nebula women! Zane used to be some sort of nebula entity as well but unlike this wonderful character, he was becoming too complex and senseless so he became a unicorn.
… Perhaps I should explain more thoroughly later.

Hello, Zanebono changes like the seasons. This is masked Zanebono’s redesign from some months ago. I have also been considering giving “Impbono” his own name to signify the fact that he is somewhat different than Zanebono without the mask which is likely apparent from his appearance…
The mask was created by a “fragment of his own being” and is indeed a part of him.
‘Tis practice art of Wind Waker Link in the clothing that he doesn’t consider “uncomfortably warm.” Also, because of reasons, he’s carrying a sword more akin to the sword from Minish Cap…
Oh golly, I tried to make him appear as young as possible but he ended up looking around 15-16 years old. Let’s not mention my terrible work with hands… yikes. Ah, well. It’s Link and Link is Link… which is awesome.
In related news, I’m going to The Symphony of The Goddesses in July! My fiance so graciously bought us tickets and, guess what, I’m totally dressing up in this outfit. Or something similar, at least.
Of course! I wasn’t too sure about drawing Princess Celestia but now that I know someone is interested in seeing her, I’ll definitely draw her!
… And since I love Princess Luna and it would be wrong of me to leave her out, I’ll be drawing her as well. ♥

You see, my kindred pony spirit is Rarity. We are both independent fashion designers and cleanly almost to the point of OCD. My bestie, Zgi’s kindred pony spirit is Pinkie Pie. They are both very giggly, funny, and a joy to be around. So what two people to better model the humanized ponies after than Me and Zgi?

In the midst of my commissions, I’ve had a spark of inspiration to tend to one of my old, beloved characters who I feel I’ve been neglecting: Zanebono! I finally decided on a mask that suits him perfectly.
